N.B. This fantastic timepiece was made in commemoration of the Italian endurance race Mille Miglia (1000 Miles) which took place 24 times from 1927 to 1957. Various elements of the race are depicted in the watch including the mille miglia sign next to the date, the tyre treaded rubber strap and a map of the race engraved on the caseback. Only 2006 of these models were ever manufactured and sold worldwide making it an excellent addition to ones collection.
